Ok, kindly do this first:

1. Check whether there's an app update on the Play store or App store. If there is, install it immediately.

2. Next, go to the MENU page of the app, and check whether you are logged in (your name + phone number should be visible). Make sure you are logged in with the SAME number you paid with.

3. Finally, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app once. Then, LOGIN on the menu page.
