We are URGENTLY seeking a people friendly Customer Support Agent  to help and resolve the issues our customers face.

Our OTT platform is available on a wide range of devices and systems, so the queries are similarly considerably varied and complex.

So the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, understand the OTT ecosystem, and should be extremely enthusiastic to help clients.

In short, we are looking for a mix of intelligence, passion, communication and a helpful nature.


  • You will be responsible for the customer support of our OTT platform.
  • You'll be required to use our existing helpdesk and support software.
  • Happy consumers would be your win.
  • Work closely with the rest of the tech team to understand product capabilities, limitations, and how everything works for the end user to help them to the best of your abilities.
  • It also means responding to an engaged client beyond work hours. In short, your dedication is first to your engaged client.


  • 0-3+ years support experience.
  • 3-5+ years of overall I.T. experience.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Experience working in an I.T. environment.
  • A very good understanding of modern consumer facing platforms (social media, video streaming, email, messaging, etc.).


We are very flexible with the remuneration for this post.

The estimated salary range is between 2.4L to 4.8L annually. 

The precise remuneration depends on a combined score of your ability/talent, your experience, your communication skills and how fit you are for the position.
